Smokey Pepper Jelly

Description

Unlike the Fire Roasted Pepper Jelly, the smoking process of the poblano, serrano and jalapeno peppers creates a more intense smoky flavor.  The lower temperature and longer cooking time creates a sweet heat that compliments many dishes.  Try it on chicken wings!  But, don’t forget the cream cheese and crackers or bagels.
